Educational Objectives
The Educational Objectives of the Mechanical Engineering Program have been defined so that the graduates:
1. Technical Competence
Demonstrate a solid technical competence for the planning, design, construction, assembling, operation, maintenance, management, evaluation and innovation of mechanical and energy systems with efficiency and sustainability criteria.
2. Leadership and Responsibility
Assume leadership, ethical and social responsibilities, successfully completing engineering projects of diverse scope, duration and impact, fulfilling requirements, and satisfying stakeholder expectations.
3. Continuing Education
Develop a continuous learning and training, assimilating the changes and advances in the profession for keeping themselves competitive, staying at the forefront of engineering practice, and completing specialization and postgraduate studies.
