Technological Competence:<\/strong><br data-start=\"223\" data-end=\"226\" \/>Demonstrate solid technological competence in the design, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, planning, management, and evaluation of systems for the generation, transformation, transmission, distribution, and utilization of electrical energy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"705\"><strong data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"523\">(2) PEO 2. Professional Aspects:<\/strong><br data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"526\" \/>Carry out their professional work in compliance with technical standards and ethical principles of the profession, projecting themselves as responsible citizens and professionals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"1072\"><strong data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"764\">(3) PEO 3. Lifelong Learning and Research Capability:<\/strong><br data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"767\" \/>Engage in continuous learning and professional updating, assimilating changes and advances in the profession, and contributing to research and the generation of scientific and technological knowledge to provide alternative solutions to societal problems, especially in the field of electrical engineering.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1348\"><strong data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1121\">(4) PEO 4. Entrepreneurship and Innovation:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1124\" \/>Develop the ability to create and manage companies in the sector, generating employment opportunities in the community and contributing to economic development while promoting sustainable practices and social responsibility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1616\"><strong data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1405\">(5) PEO 5.
