EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Program Educational Objectives have been formulated taking into account constituencies and stakeholders needs and expectations, in order to provide students with an outstanding engineering education that allows them to achieve a fruitful engineering professional practice in a highly demanding and competitive workplace.<\/p>\n

The Educational Objectives of the Systems Engineering Program have been defined so that the graduates:<\/p>\n

EO 1. Continuous Updating and Entrepreneurship<\/strong><\/p>\n

Continuously update their knowledge and skills for assimilating the technological changes in the profession to stay competitive, and with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit.<\/p>\n

EO 2. Technical Competence<\/strong><\/p>\n

Be a competent professional formulating, managing and undertaking software and information technology projects, conducting analysis, design, construction, verification, validation, deployment, documentation, maintenance and security activities aligned to the organization strategy and goals.<\/p>\n

EO 3. Professionalism<\/strong><\/p>\n

Be an ethical and responsible professional, effectively leading engineering projects, with social responsibility and environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n

The Educational Objectives have been derived from the mission of the University in correspondence with the mission of the College and the Program.<\/p>\n

The Program Educational Objectives have been evolving along time according to constituencies input. The Educational Objectives presented above correspond to the last revision in year 2020.<\/p>\n

Los Objetivos Educacionales<\/strong> (OE<\/strong>) de un programa, son declaraciones generales que describen lo que se espera que los graduados de ese programa logren algunos an\u0303os despue\u0301s de la graduacio\u0301n. Estos objetivos educacionales deben de haber sido definidos teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de los constituyentes del programa.<\/p>\n

Los Objetivos Educacionales de la Escuela Profesional de Ingenieri\u0301a de Sistemas han sido redefinidos teniendo en cuenta la informacio\u0301n recogida de los grupos de intere\u0301s y con la participacio\u0301n de los docentes, revisada por los miembros del Comite\u0301 Consultivo en el 2020.<\/p>\n

La Escuela Profesional de Ingenieri\u0301a de Sistemas, espera que sus graduados despue\u0301s de aproximadamente 3 an\u0303os de su egreso logren los siguientes Objetivos Educacionales:<\/p>\n

OE.1.<\/strong> Aprendizaje continuo<\/strong><\/p>\n

Que sea un profesional que se capacite y actualice permanentemente, asimilando los cambios tecnolo\u0301gicos en la profesio\u0301n para mantenerse competitivo y con espi\u0301ritu emprendedor e innovador.<\/p>\n

OE.2. <\/strong>Competencia te\u0301cnica y profesional<\/strong><\/p>\n

Que sea un profesional que formule, gestione y emprenda proyectos de desarrollo de software y de tecnologi\u0301a de la informacio\u0301n; realizando actividades de ana\u0301lisis, disen\u0303o, construccio\u0301n, verificacio\u0301n, validacio\u0301n, despliegue, documentacio\u0301n, mantenimiento y seguridad alineados a la estrategia de la organizacio\u0301n utilizando metodologi\u0301as y te\u0301cnicas apropiadas.<\/p>\n

OE.3.<\/strong> Trabajo en equipo, liderazgo y comunicacio\u0301n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Que sea un profesional que se desempen\u0303e e\u0301ticamente y de manera efectiva en equipos multidisciplinarios con liderazgo, comunicacio\u0301n eficaz, responsabilidad social y proteccio\u0301n del medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
